Hand Embroidery

A study in patience, detail and the human hand.
Hand embroidery has been one of the most expressive areas of my work — a way of bringing depth, character and a distinctly human touch to an otherwise functional object.
Every piece is developed stitch by stitch, with the embroidery considered as part of the product itself — its form, material and character — rather than simply placed on its surface. From intricate florals and illustrative compositions to more experimental motifs, these projects explore the meeting point between traditional handwork and contemporary bag design.
The slight variations, the layering, and the time held within every stitch are precisely what give each piece its presence.

These are bags to be looked at, asked about and cherished – the kind you carry for years and eventually pass on, not phase out.
